The Distinguished Paper Co. Planner isn’t just another tool, it encourages, supports, and motivates first responders. You won’t find obscure holidays, lunar cycles, or unnecessary fluff in our planners. What you will find is a planner that has a sleek, minimalist design and crafted by hard-working Americans, for our nation’s finest, the DISTINGUISHED.
Like so many other protectors, we married another protector. Nick, a State Trooper and Meg, an ER nurse. We both recognized the importance that proper preparation prevents poor performance. One essential piece of equipment we both love is our planner! However, we noticed there were no planners made for our professions. Furthermore, the planners we used and those of our co-workers were poorly made and unsuited for us. They missed the mark!
While our phones also play an important role in organizing our lives, our planners could never be replaced. Our planners aren’t just for work, they are an essential tool for tracking our shifts, overtime, career accomplishments, and stories we will share with our children someday. Using a planner has a sort of “woosaahh” (Bad Boys… anyone?) effect on us and gives us brief moments of a much-needed digital detox.
Our adventures have led us to Washington D.C. with our two kids and our Boxer, Captain Jack, recruited along the way. As a Special Agent with the US government and Nurse Practitioner, there is no doubt our life is busy, but we felt the Lord leading us to serve in an additional way.
Starting a business was always a goal of ours, but not something we ever imagined we would do now; but when you pray for God to use you, He often takes you to places you never dreamed you would go.
While creating the planner, we knew it had to go beyond being a functional tool, but an essential piece of equipment that connects to the hero’s soul. The Protector’s Prayer, on the first page of each planner, is written for you. It will guide you during your shift and reaffirm you that you have been chosen for this duty.
We consider ourselves called to serve this DISTINGUISHED group of people with tools to meet the unique needs of our field. We are well equipped to serve you, because we have the honor of serving alongside you.
